PAPER WRITING RULES

The studies sent to the conference have not been published before or are submitted to another congress, journal, etc. to be published. should not have been sent anywhere.

ABSTRACT WRITING RULES

Abstracts of papers; It should be prepared in accordance with the full text rules, with a minimum of 250 and a maximum of 500 words, reflecting the purpose and scope, and including the methods and findings. There should be at least 3 and at most 5 keywords along with the summary text. Authors must upload the abstract to the system by using the paper submission system 

PAPER WRITING RULES

• Papers must be in A4 paper size and standard Word format, margins; It should be written as top: 2.5 bottom: 2.5 left: 2.5 and bottom: 2.5 cm, single line spaced and justified.Although there is no page limit for papers, the upper limit is expected to not exceed 25 pages.

• Paper file that does not contain author information; It should consist of a Turkish title, Turkish abstract, English title, English abstract, keywords under the abstracts, followed by an introduction, main text, conclusion, bibliography and appendices.

• Headers, footers or page numbers should not be added.

• Papers can be prepared in Turkish or English.

• A 250-500 word abstract should be added at the beginning of the paper. If the written language is Turkish, an English abstract and English Title must be added.

• After the abstract, a maximum of 5 keywords (Turkish and English) indicating the content of the paper should be added.

• Abstracts and keywords should be prepared in Times New Roman 10 Point, italic, single-spaced and justified.

• The Main Text should be prepared in Times New Roman, 12 Point, single-spaced, justified. There should be a space (6 pt) after each paragraph. The first lines of the paragraphs should start 1.25 cm in.

• Turkish and English titles should be written above the Turkish and English abstract sections in capital letters, centered, 1.5 line spacing, Times New Roman, 12 point and bold.

• The main headings and subheadings of the papers are 2., 2.1., 2.1.1. They should be numbered with decimals, starting from the introduction title (except the Bibliography), and written in bold. Main headings should be written in capital letters, and only the first letter of subheadings should be capitalized. There should be a 6 pt space before and after the headings.

• All figures, tables and graphs should be given a title and the titles should be numbered consecutively. The title should beplaced above the table, figure or graph, centered on the page, Times New Roman, 12 point, bold. After the table, figure or graph is given with its text number, the name of the table, figure or graph should be written with a single dot.

• Reference acknowledgments should be given in 11-point font below tables, figures or graphs.

• Footnotes (containing explanations) should be numbered within the text, written in Times New Roman 11-point font under the heading “Notes” in numerical order on a separate page, and placed after the text.

• For works accepted for publication, authors must submit the copyright agreement to Rating Academy within one week at the latest.

• The Harvard referencing technique should be used to indicate citations within the text. According to this technique, references in the text are indicated by the author’s surname and the year of publication in parentheses.

Examples on the subject are given below.

i) If the author’s name is used as a natural part of the sentence, the year of publication is in parentheses;

Gürkaynak (2002) made a study on chemical solutions…

ii) If the author’s name is not used as a natural part of the sentence, the author’s name should be in the form of the year of publication and the number of pages;

The latest studies (Pınar, 2003: 12) show that the application …

iii) If there are two authors, the surnames of both authors are used.

Cinicioglu and Keleşoğlu (1993) on soft fillings…

iv) If there are more than two authors, use the surname of the first author as “et al.” The expression follows.

Oztoprak et al. (1999) put forward…

v) If more than one publication by the same author published in the same year is used, an alphabetical character is added to the end of the publication years.

Bozbey et al. Studies conducted by (2003a) show this result…

vi) If an anonymous source is used, the expression “anon” is used.

The facts that have been talked about lately (Anon 1998: 53) …

vii) If a newspaper article with an unknown author will be used, the newspaper name, publication year and page number;

viii) Publications used in the thesis study are listed in alphabetical order according to author surnames. The journal, congress booklet, book, etc. in which the publication was published. The name is shown in italics.

ix) When citing sources taken from the Internet, the author’s name, if any, is shown as stated before. If there is no author name, the name of the institution presenting the source and the use of date are shown below.

x) When citing internet sources with unknown authors, the URL-sequence number and year should be written in capital letters. For example:

(URL-1, 2003), (URL-1 and URL-2, 2003), According to URL-1 (2003)

Poster Preparation Rules

-After the poster presentation texts are evaluated by the Scientific Board, whether they are accepted or not
Participants will be informed.
-Poster presentations accepted as a result of the evaluation will be prepared in the specified poster presentation format, printed and sent to the contact address by cargo. (Shipping cost belongs to the participant.)
-At the beginning of the poster, the author’s name, surname, title, institution and contact information (full address, phone number)
number, e-mail address) must be specified.
-Poster presentation texts should be written in 12 point font.
-Also 5 keywords should be given.
-The texts must be in the following format:

Top: 4cm
Left: 4cm
Bottom: 2.5cm
Right: 2.5cm
Character: Times New Roman (12 point)
Line spacing: Single
Paragraph spacing: 3 pt

Use of Images
-Visual elements such as tables, figures and pictures can be used in the articles if necessary. The tables, figures and images used must be sent to the e-mail address specified on the internet and each image to be printed must have a resolution of 304 pixels/inch and in JPEG format.
-The images used in the poster text should be numbered as Image 1., Image 2., … and information about that image should be written under the image and the source from which it was taken should be stated.
Quotation and Reference
-References and citations should be written according to APA (American Psychological Association) format. References must be cited within the text of the paper.
-All responsibility for the use of text, quotes and images in the paper belongs to the author.
-Poster notices, 5mm ready for display. It should be printed on forex material and sent, and hanging devices should be available on the back.
-It is the author’s responsibility to ensure that the posters arrive on time without being damaged in shipping.

Konferansa gönderilen çalışmalar daha önce yayınlanmamış ya da yayınlanmak üzere başka bir kongre, dergi vb. yere gönderilmemiş olmalıdır.

BİLDİRİ ÖZETİ YAZIM KURALLARI

Bildiri özetleri; tam metin kuralarına uygun olarak en az 250, en fazla 500 sözcük ile amaç ve kapsamı yansıtacak şekilde, yöntem ve bulgulara yer verilerek hazırlanmalıdır.

Özet metinle birlikte en az 3 en fazla 5 anahtar kelime bulunmalıdır.

BİLDİRİ YAZIM KURALLARI

1. Bildirilerin, A4 kâğıt boyutunda ve standart Word formatında, kenar boşlukları;  üst:2,5 alt: 2,5  sol: 2,5 ve alt: 2,5 cm  tek satır aralıklı ve iki yana yaslı şeklinde yazılması gerekir.

2. Bildirilerde sayfa sınırlaması olmamakla birlikte, üst limit olarak 15 sayfanın aşılmaması beklenmektedir.

3. Yazar bilgilerinin yer almadığı bildiri dosyası; Türkçe başlık, Türkçe özet, İngilizce başlık, İngilizce özet, özetlerin altında anahtar kelimeler, devamında giriş, ana metin, sonuç, kaynakça ve eklerden oluşmalıdır. 

4. Üstbilgi, altbilgi ya da sayfa numarası eklenmemelidir.

5. Bildiriler, Türkçe ya da İngilizce olarak hazırlanabilir.

6. Bildirinin başında 200-400 kelime özet (abstract) eklenmelidir. Yazı dili Türkçe ise, mutlaka İngilizce özet ve İngilizce Başlık eklenmelidir.

7. Özetten sonra bildirinin içeriğini belirten en fazla 5 anahtar kelime(Türkçe ve İngilizce) eklenmelidir

8. Özetler ve anahtar kelimeler Times New Roman 10 Punto, italik, tek satır aralığında ve iki yana yaslı şekilde hazırlanmalıdır. 

9. Ana Metin, Times New Roman, 12 Punto, tek satır aralığında, iki yana yaslı şekilde hazırlanmalıdır. Her bir paragraf aralığı (sonra 6 nk) boşluk bırakılmalıdır. Paragrafların ilk satırları 1,25 cm içeriden başlamalıdır.

10. Türkçe ve İngilizce başlıklar, Türkçe ve İngilizce özet bölümlerinin üzerine büyük harfle, ortalanarak, 1,5 satır aralıklı, Times New Roman, 12 punto ve kalın (bold) olarak yazılmalıdır. 

11. Bildirilerin ana başlık ve alt başlıkları ise 2., 2.1., 2.1.1. gibi ondalıklı şekilde, giriş başlığından başlayarak (Kaynakça hariç) numaralandırılmalı ve kalın (bold) yazılmalıdır. Ana başlıklar büyük harfle yazılmalı, alt başlıkların ise yalnızca ilk harfi büyük olmalıdır. Başlıklardan önce ve sonra 6 nk boşluk bırakılmalıdır.

12. Tüm şekil, tablo ve grafiklere bir başlık verilmeli ve başlıklar ardışık olarak numaralandırılmalıdır. Başlık tablo, şekil veya grafiğin üstünde sayfaya ortalı Times New Roman, 12 punto, kalın (bold)olarak yer almalıdır. Tablo, şekil veya grafik yazısı no’su ile birlikte verildikten sonra tek nokta konularak tablo, şekil veya grafik ismi yazılmalıdır. Kaynak bildirimleri tablo, şekil veya grafiklerin altında 11 punto olarak verilmelidir.

13. Dipnotlar (açıklama içeren) metin içinde numaralanmalı, ayrı bir sayfada numara sırasına göre “Notlar” başlığı altında Times New Roman 11 punto ile yazılmalı ve metnin arkasına konmalıdır.

14. Yayına kabul edilen çalışmalar için yazarların telif hakkı hakkı sözleşmesi’ni en geç bir hafta içerisinde Holistence Academy’e ulaştırmaları gerekmektedir. 

15. Metin içinde atıfları belirtmek için Harvard referans tekniği kullanılmalıdır. Bu tekniğe göre metin içinde geçen atıflar, yazar soyadı ve parantez içinde yer alan yayın yılı ile belirtilir. Konuyla ilgili örnekler aşağıda sırasıyla verilmiştir.

16. Sunulan bildirilerle beraber sunulan  benzerlik raporları da yüklenmelidir. “iThenticate / Turnitin” intihal yazılım tarama programları ile kullanılan Plagarizm raporları, ek dosya olarak yüklenmelidir. Plagarism raporu için kabul edilebilir benzerlik oranı %20’den az olmalıdır.

KAYNAKÇA 

Times New Roman, 12 punto şeklinde yazarların soyadları göz önüne alınarak alfabetik sırayla ve asılı biçimde çalışmanın sonunda bulunmalıdır. Her kaynak arasındaki paragraf aralığı (sonra 6 nk) olmalıdır. Eğer yazarın/ların aynı yıl içerisinde birden fazla çalışmasına atıf yapılmışsa ise bu çalışmaların yayın yılı sonuna (a,b,c,..)  gibi semboller verilerek sıralanmalıdır. Makale ve bildirilerde dergi ve sempozyum/Kongre adı, kitap ve tezlerde ise kitap ve tez adı italik olarak yazılmalıdır. Kaynakça aşağıda gösterildiği şekilde düzenlenmelidir

Poster Hazırlama Kuralları

-Poster bildiri metinleri Bilim Kurulu tarafından değerlendirildikten sonra kabul edilip edilmediğine dair
katılımcılara bilgi verilecektir.
-Değerlendirme sonucunda kabul edilen poster bildiriler, belirtilen poster bildiri formatında hazırlanıp çıktıları alınarak kargo ile iletişim adresine gönderilecektir. (Kargo bedeli katılımcıya aittir.)
-Poster bildirinin başında yazarın adı, soyadı, unvanı, çalıştığı kurum ve iletişim bilgileri (açık adres, telefon
numarası, e-posta adresi) belirtilmelidir.
-Poster bildiri metinleri 12 punto ile yazılmalıdır.
-Ayrıca 5 anahtar sözcük verilmelidir.
-Yazılar aşağıda belirtilen biçimde olmalıdır:

• • Üst: 4 cm

  • Sol: 4 cm

  • Alt: 2,5cm

  • Sağ: 2,5 cm

  • Karakter: Times New Roman (12 punto)

  • Satır aralığı: Tek

  • Paragraf aralığı: 3 nk

  • Görsellerin Kullanımı
    -Yazılarda tablo, şekil ve resim gibi görsel öğeler gerekirse kullanılabilir. Kullanılan tablo, şekil ve resimler internet ortamında belirtilen e-posta adresine gönderilmeli ve her bir basılacak görüntü 304 piksel/inch çözünürlükte ve JPEG formatında olmalıdır.
    -Poster bildiri metninin içinde kullanılan görüntüler, Görüntü 1., Görüntü 2., … biçiminde numaralandırılmalı ve görüntünün altına o görüntüye ait bilgiler yazılmalı, hangi kaynaktan alındığı belirtilmelidir.

  • Alıntı ve Kaynak Gösterimi
    -Kaynaklar ve kaynak gösterimleri APA (American Psychological Association-Amerikan Psikoloji Derneği) formatına göre yazılmalıdır. Kaynaklara mutlaka bildiri metni içerisinde gösterim yapılmalıdır.
    -Bildiri içindeki kullanılan metin, alıntı ve görüntülerin kullanılmasında tüm sorumluluk yazara aittir.
    -Poster bildiriler, sergilemeye hazır bir biçimde 5mm. forex malzeme üzerine çıktı alınarak gönderilmeli, arkasında asma aparatları hazır bulunmalıdır.
    -Poster bildirilerin kargoda zarar görmeden zamanında ulaşması yazarın sorumluluğundadır.
